Twarab is one of the largest gathering of musical extravagaza in every City, town and Village. It is normally played by various musical groups from different part of the Island.

| Djaliko is a Dance, which takes place on Friday evening during the wedding period. It is normally carried out on the main roads, starting from the beginning of the village to the centre. Djaliko Dance is based on working very, very slow motion along with dancing. All the Dancers stands in a long line. The old people and middle aged normally line up in front. |

Wadaha is another activity, which take place on Saturday afternoon. The activity consists of singing, dancing and lobbing long-sticks in and out off a wooden log, while dancing and moving faster in a circle. This Wooden log is known in the local language as Shino.
Females are the only performers of this activity (Wadaha). However, Males are welcomed to watch or play the instruments.
Wadaha involve singing traditional songs accompanied by playing instruments, such guitars, drams and oregon.

Please pay particular attention to the images that presented to you on this page. They will help you understand and get and idea on how perform the dance while you are on the move. Remember also the moves are exteremly vital to get them right, as a false move could lead disasterious, which might result hurting, either yourself or one of the performers or perticipents.
The performers follow a moving sircle, singing, dancing and dropping long and heavy stickks in and out off a wooden log with a large hall in the middle. This Log has a special name, which known as Shiino. The sticks also have their unique names (Milepva, for plural and m'lepva for single sticks, mainly for this particular sticks).
Behide the performers' circle there are another circle for the perticipants. They can also be busy singing dancing spreading ambience to the whole party and waiting for their turn to perfom.

Dressing Code for Wadaha
As you can see from the pictures on this page, all performers dressed in a similar Costume, known as saluva. Saluva is a traditional Comorian Costume, mainly for females. It is a one piece of cloth to rape around the whole body and covers from the high chest to the ankle. It's goes with a top of the same or similar colour. A head Bandanna of the same colour can also be worn on the head to bring out the look of the whole Costume.
